Barber beat Montana De La Rosa by an unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 205 held on April 23, 2022. Barber then replaced Casey O'Neill at the UFC 276 fight on July 2nd 2022 and was up against Jessica Eye. It was a unanimous victory for Barber. It was also the last bout of her deal with UFC. However, later that same year she signed a new deal with them. Barber won her most recent fight against Andrea Lee, on March 25th 2023.
