Barber beat Montana De La Rosa at UFC Fight Night 205 in April 2022, by a majority decision. Barber was replaced by Casey O'Neill on the UFC 276 card, and fought Jessica Eye. The result was unanimous for Barber. Barber's contract was terminated by UFC following the fight however, Barber signed a new contract in subsequent times.
